Canceling a timer recording program
1. Display the [PROGRAM TIMER] screen.
Display the [PROGRAM TIMER] screen. For details,
refer to “Setting” on page 18.
2. Select the program to be canceled.
Set the cursor on the program to be canceled with [JOG ].
3. Cancel the program.
Press the [CANCEL] button.
The specified program is canceled.
4. End timer program setting.
Press the [MENU] button twice. The normal screen is
restored.

Changing timer program settings
1. Display the [PROGRAM TIMER] screen.
Display the [PROGRAM TIMER] screen. For details,
refer to “Setting” on page 18.
2. Select the program to be changed.
Set the cursor on the program to be changed with
[JOG ].
3. Select the item to change.
Set the blinking cursor on the item you want to change
with [JOG p[].
4. Change the contents of the program.
Change the setting with [JOG – +].
5. End program editing.
Press the [MENU] button twice to restore the normal
screen. Operation in the Timer Recording
Standby mode
ⅷ Press the [TIMER] button to turn off the [TIMER] indicator.
You can now operate the unit normally.
ⅷ Press the [TIMER] button again to turn on the [TIMER]
indicator. The Timer Recording Standby mode is engaged.
ⅷ When all timer recording programs have been executed,
the [TIMER] indicator goes out.

Estimated recording duration
ⅷ During normal timer recording (menu switch <REPEAT REC> set to “OFF”), recording capacity may be limited depending on
the recording picture quality and recording speed. If there is not enough space available on the hard disk, the programmed
recording may not be performed in its entirety. When the hard disk is full, the programmed timer recording is canceled.
ⅷ In the Repeat mode, previous recordings are overwritten. Be careful when using this mode.
ⅷ When setting timer recordings, be sure to check how much recording capacity is required for each program. For details,
refer to the table below.

Before programming the timer recording, confirm that the remaining capacity of the hard disk is 22% or more.
