Note

When slope of subwoofer and high pass filter are
–12dB, and same cut-off frequency, the phase is
reversed 180 degrees at the cut-off frequency. In
this case, reversing the phase assures improved
sound continuity.

Using the high pass filter

When you do not want low sounds from the
subwoofer output frequency range to play
from the front or rear speakers, turn on the
HPF (high pass filter). Only frequencies higher
than those in the selected range are outputted
from the front or rear speakers.

Muting the speaker units (filters)

You can mute front and rear speaker units (fil-
ters) separately. When speaker units (filters)
are muted, no sound is outputted from those
speakers.
