1 CD tray
2 Power light – Lights when the unit is switched on.

^ button – Press to play a disc, or pause a disc that’s
already playing (press again to restart playback).

) button – Press to open or close the disc tray.
5 Play light – Lights when playing or recording a CD;
blinks when a CD is paused.
6 Standby/On button – Press to switch the unit
between standby and on modes.
Note: This unit consumes a small amount of electricity
in standby mode (0.8 W).
7 Remote control sensor
8 DISPLAY ON/OFF – Press to switch the fluorescent
display on/off and adjust the brightness. See page 30.
9 Fluorescent display – See page 21.
10 TRACK NO. – Press during recording to start a new
track. See page 46.
11 DIGITAL REC LEVEL – Use to adjust the recording
level when recording from digital sources. See page 42.

l'appareil est sous tension.
3 Touche
^ – Appuyez pour lire un disque, ou faire
une pause pendant la lecture d'un disque (appuyez une
seconde fois pour redémarrer la lecture).
4 Touche
) – Appuyez pour ouvrir ou fermer le tiroir à
disque.
5 Témoin de lecture – S'allume pendant la lecture ou
l'enregistrement d'un CD; clignote pendant la pause d'un
CD.
6 Touche d'attente/en service – Pressez pour
commuter l'appareil entre les modes d'attente et en
service.
Remarque: Cet appareil consomme peu d'électricité en
mode d'attente (0,8 W).
7 Capteur de télécommande
8 DISPLAY ON/OFF – Pressez pour activer/désactiver
l'affichage fluorescent et ajuster la luminosité. Voir la
page 30.
9 Affichage fluorescent – Voir la page 21.
10 TRACK NO. – Appuyez pendant l'enregistrement pour
démarrer une nouvelle plage. Voir la page 46.
11 DIGITAL REC LEVEL – Sert à ajuster le niveau
d'enregistrement pendant l'enregistrement à partir de
