Network Settings

The network settings are made here. If settings are changed, be sure to either close the

Setup screen or return to the

top

Setup screen, then turn off the power. The settings are reflected when the power is turned back on (aside from the

Wake Up On LAN setting). For details on this unit’s network function, see page 70.

1. For instructions on inputting numbers, see page 38.
2. For instructions on inputting characters, see page 39.
3. The unit’s clock is set automatically at the following times:

– When the unit’s power is turned on
– At intervals of 1 hour after the unit’s power is turned on
– When the NTP-related settings are changed

Caution

• Prior permission from the distributor is required in order to access NTP servers on the Internet.

Select this when using the LAN function.

Auto IP

The IP address is set automatically.

DHCP

The network settings are acquired from the DHCP server.

Manual

Set the IP address manually.

IP Address

Input this unit’s IP address.

Subnet Mask

Input the subnet mask.

Default Gateway

Input the default gateway.

Primary DNS

Input the primary DNS server’s IP address.

Secondary DNS

Input the secondary DNS server’s IP address.

Wake Up On LAN

Off

The Wake Up On LAN function is disabled (page 70).

The Wake Up On LAN function is enabled (even if

MAC Address

Displays the MAC address.

FTP Username

Input the FTP username.

FTP Password

Register the FTP password.

Enable

This unit’s clock is set automatically by acquiring the time information from the

NTP server.

NTP Server Address

Set the NTP server’s IP address or URL.

Set the offset time with respect to the time acquired from the NTP server (GMT).
