• Camera Configuration (CAM CON­

This item lets you set numbers for the input from system
cameras for RS-485 communication.

1. Move the cursor to CAM CONFIG by pressing the

A

or

T

button, then press the Q O'" 0 button. The CAMERA

CONFIG menu shown below will appear on the monitor
screen.

2. Move the cursor to the input parameter to be edited by

pressing the

A

or

T

button, then select a number by

pressing the Q or 0 button.
Select a parameter value between 001 and 128.

The factory default setting for each input is shown

below.

Note: Make sure not to assign the same number to

more than one system camera for RS-485 commu­
nication.

3. Repeat the above procedure to edit other input.

4. After completing the settings, press the MENU button

to return to the previous setup menu.

This item lets you set the transmission speed for RS-485
communication,

1. Move the cursor to the BAUD RATE parameter by

pressing the

A

or ▼ button.

2. Select the desired transmission speed shown below by

pressing the Q or 0 button.

The factory default setting is 9 600 bps.

• Data Bit (DATA BIT)

This item lets you set the number of data bits for RS-485
communication.

The factory default setting is 8 bit and fixed,

• Parity Check (PARITY CHECK)

This item lets you set the parity bit for RS-485 communica­
tion.

1, Move the cursor to the PARITY CHECK parameter by

pressing the

A

or

T

button.

2. Select NONE, EVEN or ODD for parity check by press­

ing the 0 or 0 button.

The factory default setting is NONE

• Stop Bit (STOP BiT)

This item lets you set the number of stop bits for RS-485
communication.

1. Move the cursor to the STOP BIT parameter by press­

ing the

A

or ▼ button.

2. Select either 1 or 2 for number of stop bits by pressing

the

or

0

button.

The factory default setting is 1 bit.

• Wait Time (WAIT TIME)

This item lets you set the waiting time in milli-seconds (ms)
to retry after confirming that no data is received from the
controller for RS-485 communication.

1. Move the cursor to the WAIT TIME parameter by press­

ing the

A

or

T

button.

2. Select OFF, 100, 200, 400, 1 000 ms for the wait time

by pressing the 0 or 0 button.

When no transmission is needed, select OFF.

The factory default setting is OFF (no retry).
