Schématisation du système
Le boîtier SW est un instrument de contrôle.
Les informations de poids données par la console SW
ne peuvent pas être utilisées pour des transactions
commerciales, la précision est de plus ou moins 3 %
en statique.
La précision de L’affichage est de plus ou moins
50 Kg.
Le poids est mesuré par des capteurs (extensomètres)
L ES CAPTEURS SONT POSITIONNÉS :
→ Avec une machine simple essieu 1 capteur sur la flèche
et un capteur sur l’essieu.
→ Avec une machine double essieux 1 capteur sur la flèche,
1 capteur sur l’essieu avant et 1 capteur sur l’essieu
arrière.
La console SW qui est dans la cabine du tracteur
permet la gestion des informations données par les
extensomètres et donc d’afficher le poids du
chargement présent dans la trémie.
Pour une utilisation correcte il faut réaliser la tare
uniquement quand la trémie est vide, à l’arrêt sur un
terrain plat et avec les freins non bloqués .
La lecture du poids lors du chargement ou pendant
l’utilisation doit se faire, à l’arrêt sur un terrain plat et

Overview of the system
The SW unit is a control instrument.
The weight data provided by the SW console may not
be used for commercial transaction purposes, as the
margin of error is 3% (static).
The display is accurate to plus or minus 50 kg.
The weight is measured by sensors (extensometers)
T H E S EN SOR S AR E LOCATED AS FOLLOW S :
→ Single axle machine: 1 sensor on the draw-bar and
1 sensor on the axle.
→ Double axle machine: 1 sensor on the draw-bar, 1
sensor on the front axle and 1 sensor on the rear
axle.
The SW console is located in the tractor cab. It is used
to manage the data provided by the extensometers,
displaying the weight of the load in the hopper.
For an accurate reading, the tare weight must only be
taken when the hopper is empty and the machine is
switched off and on a flat surface, with the brakes
disengaged.
When loading or during use, the weight must be
measured with the machine switched off and on a flat
surface and with the brakes disengaged.
