Advanced Recording
✤ The Audio Mode function works in both Camera and Player modes.
✤ This Camcorder records sound in two ways. (12Bit, 16Bit)
- 12Bit: You can record two 12Bit stereo sound tracks.
The original stereo sound can be recorded onto the Main (Sound1)
track. Additional stereo sound can be dubbed onto the Sub
(Sound2) track.
- 16Bit: You can record one high quality stereo sound using the 16Bit
recording mode. Audio dubbing is not possible when using this
mode.
1. Set the Power switch to CAMERA or PLAYER.
2. Set the Mode switch to TAPE.
3. Press the MENU button.
■ The menu list will appear.
4. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select
Record, then press the Menu selector.
5. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select
Audio Mode, then press the Menu selector.
6. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select desired
audio mode(12Bit or 16Bit), then press the Menu selector.
7. To exit, press the MENU button.
[ Note ]
When 12Bit is selected, no 12Bit indication will be displayed..

Enregistrement avancé
✤ Le mode Audio peut être activé en mode Camera <Caméra> comme en
mode Player <Lecteur>.
✤ Ce caméscope enregistre les sons sous deux formats (12bit, 16bit).
- 12Bit : vous pouvez enregistrer deux pistes 12 bits en son stéréo.
Le son stéréo original peut être enregistré sur la piste principale (Sound1
<Son 1>).
Le son stéréo complémentaire peut être post-sonorisé sur la piste
secondaire (Sound2 <Son 2>).
- 16Bit : vous pouvez enregistrer un son stéréo de haute
définition grâce au mode d’enregistrement 16 bits.
La post-sonorisation n’est pas possible lorsque vous
utilisez ce mode.
1. Placez l’interrupteur Power sur CAMERA ou PLAYER.
2. Placez l’interrupteur Mode sur TAPE.
3. Appuyez sur le bouton MENU.
■ La liste des menus apparaît.
4. Déplacez le bouton Menu selector vers la gauche ou
vers la droite pour sélectionner Record
<Enregistrement> puis appuyez sur Menu selector.
5. Déplacez le bouton Menu selector vers la droite ou vers
la gauche pour sélectionner Audio Mode <Mode Audio>
puis appuyez sur Menu selector.
6. Déplacez le bouton Menu selector vers la droite ou vers
la gauche pour sélectionner le mode audio souhaité
(12Bit ou 16Bit) puis appuyez sur Menu selector.
7. Pour quitter le menu, appuyez sur le bouton MENU.
[ Remarque ]
Lorsque le mode 12Bit est sélectionné, le témoin 12Bit ne
s’affiche pas à l’écran.
