✤ Photo image recording works only in Camera mode.
1. Set the Power switch to CAMERA.
2. Set the Mode switch to TAPE. (SC-D353/D354/D355 only)
3. Press the PHOTO button.
■ The still picture is recorded for about 6~7 seconds.
4. After the PHOTO has been recorded, the Camcorder returns to
its previous mode.
✤ The Photo Search works only in Player mode.
1. Set the Power switch to PLAYER.
2. Set the Mode switch to TAPE. (SC-D353/D354/D355 only)
3. Press the MENU button.
■ The menu list will appear.
4. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select Tape, then
press the Menu selector.
5. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select Photo
Search, then press the Menu selector.
6. Press the / (REW/FF) buttons to select the photo.
■ The photo search process appears on LCD screen
while you are searching.
■ After completing the search, the Camcorder displays
the still image.
7. To exit, press the (STOP) or MENU button.
[ Notes ]
■ Taking a photo image while recording a video is not available.
■ You can use the remote control to take a photo by using the
PHOTO button on the remote control. Pressing the PHOTO button
on the remote control records the still image at once with automatic
focusing. (SC-D354/D355 only)
■ When there are no still images recorded on the tape, it will be
fully rewound or forwarded.
■ Taking a photo image is not available while COLOR NITE
SHUTTER or 16:9 Wide is in use.
■ DIS, Digital Zoom, COLOR NITE SHUTTER, Digital Effect and
Nite Pix are not available, when take a photo image.
■ Taking a photo image while EASY.Q, DIS or Digital Zoom mode
is in use will the mode.
(After a photo image is taken, the mode will return
automatically.)

Searching for a Photo Image

✤ La prise de photos n’est possible qu’en mode Camera.
1. Placez l’interrupteur Power sur CAMERA.
2. Placez l’interrupteur Mode sur TAPE.
(modèles SC-D353/D354/D355 uniquement).
3. Appuyez sur le bouton PHOTO.
■ L’enregistrement de l’image figée dure 6 à 7 secondes.
4. Après l’enregistrement de la photo, le caméscope retourne au
mode précédent.
✤ La recherche de photo fonctionne uniquement en mode Lecteur.
1. Placez l’interrupteur Power sur PLAYER.
2. Placez l’interrupteur Mode sur TAPE.
(modèles SC-D353/D354/D355 uniquement)
3. Appuyez sur le bouton MENU.
■ La liste des menus apparaît.
4. Déplacez le bouton Menu selector vers la gauche ou vers la droite
pour sélectionner Tape <Cassette> puis appuyez sur Menu selector.
5. Déplacez le bouton Menu selector vers la droite ou vers la gauche pour
sélectionner Photo Search <Rech. Photo> puis appuyez sur Menu selector.
6. Appuyez sur les boutons / <Ret.Rapide/Av.Rapide>pour
sélectionner la photo.
■ La progression apparaît sur l’écran ACL en cours de recherche.
■ A la fin de la recherche, le caméscope affiche la photo.
7. Pour quitter, appuyez sur le bouton <ARRET> ou MENU.
[ Remarques ]
■ Vous ne pouvez pas prendre de photo lorsque vous utilisez
l'enregistrement vidéo.
■ Vous pouvez appuyer sur le bouton PHOTO de la télécommande
pour prendre une photo. En appuyant sur le bouton PHOTO de
votre télécommande, vous enregistrez l’image figée
instantanément, la mise au point se faisant de façon automatique.
(modèles SC-D354/D355 uniquement)
■ Lorsqu’aucune image figée n’est enregistrée sur la cassette, la
bande défile entièrement jusqu’au début ou jusqu’à la fin.
■ Vous ne pouvez pas prendre de photo lorsque vous utilisez la
fonction COLOR NITE SHUTTER ou 16:9 Wide <16:9>.
■ DIS, Digital Zoom <Zoom Num.>, COLOR NITE SHUTTER, Digital
Effet <Effet Digital> et Nite Pix ne sont pas disponibles lorsque
vous prenez une photo.
■ Prendre une photo alors que le mode EASY.Q, DIS ou Digital Zoom
<Zoom Num.> est utilisé désactive le mode actif (les réglages du
mode sont automatiquement rétablis une fois la photo prise).
