Using the water and ice
dispensers (cont.)
The dispenser light
The dispenser area has a light. It can
be turned on manually by pressing
the “ON” button at the right hand
side of the control panel. The red
indicator above the button will
appear. Also, whenever you use the
dispenser the lever will automatically
turn the light on.
NOTE: See the “Changing the light
bulbs” section for information on
changing the dispenser light bulb.
The dispenser lock
Your dispenser can be turned off for
easy cleaning or to prevent acciden-
tal dispensing by small children and
pets. To turn off the dispenser, press
the LOCK button. The indicator light
will appear above the button and the
ice and water dispensers will not
work. To unlock the dispenser, press
the UNLOCK button until the indica-
tor light appears above. Then continue
to dispense ice or water as usual.
NOTE: The lock feature does not
shut off power to the product, to the
ice maker, or to the dispenser light.
It simply deactivates the dispenser
levers.

Lumière du distributeur
La section du distributeur comporte
une lumière. Elle peut être allumée
manuellement en appuyant sur le
bouton “ON” du côté droit du
panneau de commande. L’indicateur
rouge au-dessus du bouton
s’illuminera. Chaque fois que vous
utilisez le distributeur, le levier
allumera aussi automatiquement
la lumière.
REMARQUE : Voir la section
“Remplacement des ampoules
d’éclairage” pour des
renseignements sur le changement
de l’ampoule du distributeur.
Le verrouillage du
distributeur
Le distributeur peut être bloqué pour
le nettoyage facile ou pour empêcher
la distribution accidentelle par de
petits enfants et animaux de
compagnie. Pour bloquer le
distributeur, appuyer sur le bouton
LOCK. L’indicateur lumineux
apparaîtra au-dessus du bouton et le
distributeur de glaçons et d’eau ne
fonctionneront pas. Pour débloquer
le distributeur, appuyer sur le bouton
UNLOCK jusqu’à ce que l’indicateur
lumineux apparaisse au-dessus.
Ensuite, continuer à distribuer les
glaçons ou l’eau comme d’habitude.
REMARQUE : La caractéristique de
verrouillage ne ferme pas le courant
électrique à l’appareil, à la machine
à glaçons ou à la lumière du
distributeur. La caractéristique
désactive tout simplement les leviers
du distributeur.
