Border Lvl
Adjusts the blanking level (border level) from black to
white. When using a 4:3 source on a 16:9 screen, black
bars will appear on the left and right of the image. Adjust
these bars to gray color.

Adjusts the blanking level at the left edge.
The setting value will be displayed on the LCD.

Adjusts the blanking level at the right edge.
