OPERATION

Carefully pour fuel into the tank until the level reaches the

bottom of the filler neck. Avoid spillage.

Replace fuel tank cap and turn clockwise to secure.

WARNING:

Check for fuel leaks. A leaking fuel cap is a fire hazard and

must be replaced with an original manufacturer’s replace-

ment cap immediately. If you find any leaks, correct the

problem before using the product. Failure to do so could

result in a fire that could cause serous personal injury.

WARNING:

Overfilling the fuel tank could be hazardous. If you overfill

the fuel tank, fuel may overflow when it expands due to

heat from engine or sun. Spilled fuel could catch fire or

explode, resulting in serious personal injury.

WARNING:

Failure to complete the pre-ride inspection and verify

proper performance of the ATV before riding can result

in serious personal injury.

STARTING THE ENGINE

WARNING:

Be sure to set the parking brake before you start the en-

gine. The ATV could move unexpectedly as soon as you

start the engine, causing you to lose control of the ATV.

Properly position yourself on the ATV seat.

Set the front or rear parking brake.

Turn the fuel valve to the ON position.

Turn the switch key to the ON position.

Set the engine stop switch to the RUN position.

Press the START button to start the engine. If the battery

is dead, use the pull cord (if equipped) to start the engine.

This ATV has an automatic choke. Keep the throttle lever

slightly depressed and allow the engine to warm up com-

pletely before attempting to ride.

When you are sure the engine is warm, release the park-

ing brake.

Release the brake lever and open the throttle gradually

to move forward.

WARNING:

Always open the throttle gradually when you want to ac-

celerate. Opening the throttle suddenly could cause the

front wheels to leave the ground and cause loss of control

of the ATV causing serious personal injury.

WARNING:

Always keep both hands on the handlebars and both feet

on the foot rests of your ATV during operation. Removing

even one hand or foot can reduce your ability to control

the ATV or could cause you to lose your balance and fall

off the ATV. If you remove a foot from the foot rest, you

may come in contact with the ATV, ground, obstacles,

etc., which could cause an accident and result in serious

personal injury.

REVERSING

This ATV does not have a reverse gear. If you need to reverse

the direction of the unit, you will need to follow the instruc-

tions for turning or dismount the ATV and push it backward

by hand.

When attempting to reverse the direction of the ATV by

pushing it, keep your hand or foot on the brake at all times

and always stay clear of the wheels. Failure to keep your

hand or foot on the brake and remain clear of the wheels

could result in serious personal injury.
