8. After 6 to 8 hours remove the cheese from the specially designed cotton

bag for cheese and place it in a container.

9. You may add salt to taste to the cheese while you stir slowly with a spoon

or a spatula.

10. Refrigerate the cheese.

11. The Cheese is ready for your consumption

Note: The yellowish whey liquid coming out of the yogurt contains lactose,

provitamin A and minerals. You can refrigerate it and drink it or add it to recipes.
