Start Viewer.

Open the DV file to be decoded.
Open the desired file using the "Open" command
in the "File" menu.
The image encoded in DV format is decoded, and
the decoded image appears in the Image display
window.
Saving the image in bitmap format
Save an image in bitmap format by choosing the "Save
As" command of the "File" menu.
The image is saved in bitmap format (with the ".BMP"
file extension). The encoded DV file is retained even if
you save the image in bitmap format.
