Q When "RESUME" appears on

the front panel display

You can resume playback
from the point where you
stopped the DVD. For
details on playing from the
begirming of the disc, see
page 36.

Note

You may not be able to do
Resume Play depending on the
DVD.

If you want to change the
playback speed during Slow-
motion play

Two speeds are available:
SLOW 1 (about 1 / 15th the
normal speed) and SLOW 2
(about 1 / 30th). Each time

you press -•( or !► , the
indication changes as
follows:
SLOW 1 SLOW 2

Notes

• Depending on the DVD, you

may not do some of the

operations described on the
right.

• When you play back a DVD at

twice the normal speed in any
direction, the sounds of the
picture will come out from the
LINE OUT (AUDIO 1, 2)
connector!;. The sounds are
lower than the ones at normal

speed. In this case, no sounds
come out from the DIGITAL
OUT OPTICAL and COAXIAL
connectors.
