Réglage de la machine
• Poutre d’éclatement
Œ
Pour l’épandage de la plupart des produits, la ou les poutres
d’éclatement longitudinale élimine les problèmes de
tassement au chargement et pendant le transport.
Elle supprime les effets de voûte pendant l’extraction. On
obtient ainsi une alimentation constante du produit jusqu’à la
vidange totale de la trémie.
La machine assure donc un épandage régulier de tous types
d’engrais granulés et d’amendements secs ou humides, et
de produits particulièrement difficiles à épandre, comme les
produits organiques ou de la chaux humide.
Certains appareils de forte capacité possèdent, en plus de
leurs 2 poutres d’éclatement longitudinales des toits anti-
tassement qui doivent être positionnés de la façon suivante:
P OUR LE D 240
- Un premier toit anti-tassement en butée sur la face avant de
la trémie puis un deuxième
 espacé de 20 cm du premier.
P OUR LE D 290
- Un premier toit anti-tassement en butée sur la face avant
de la trémie puis un deuxième espacé de 20 cm du
premier, puis un troisième espacé de 50 cm du deuxième,
puis un quatrième espacé de 50 cm du troisième.
• Déflecteur de régulation du débit Ž
Ce déflecteur est situé à l’intérieur de la trémie, juste
derrière la trappe de débit.
Les réglages de ce déflecteur sont à adapter en fonction des
produits à épandre et de l’ouverture en cm de la trappe de
débit, voir ci-dessous le tableau.

Adjusting the machine
• Vault-breaker
Œ
For spreading most products, when loading or during
transport, the longitudinal vault-breaker(s) eliminate the
compacting problem.
They remove the arching effects during the extraction.
Therefore, we obtain a constant feed of the product until the
hopper is completely emptied.
The machine makes sure that the spreading operation is
regular for all types of fertiliser pellets in wet or dry
conditions, and for products which are particularly difficult to
spread, such as organic products or wet lime.
Certain large capacity machines have, in addition to their 2
longitudinal vault-breakers, anti-compaction roofs which
must be positioned as follows:
F OR THE D 240
- The first anti-compaction roof stops on the front face of
the hopper then a second one  is placed at 20cm from
the first one.
F OR THE D 290
- The first anti-compaction roof stops on the front face of
the hopper then a second one is placed at 20cm from
the first one, then a third is placed at 50cm from the
second one, then a fourth is placed at 50cm from the
third one.
• Deflector plate for regulating the flow

This deflector plate can be found inside the hopper, just
behind the flow shutter.
The settings for this deflector plate should be adapted to the
product being spread and the flow shutter opening in cm.
