Your mobile device rang when it received a call, but your C51 system did not.

Make sure that a Bluetooth connection exists between the SD7505 and the mobile
device. The Bluetooth LED should blink every 3 seconds.

Make sure that the mode switch is in the left position (marked by the Bluetooth logo).

Make sure that your cordless handset or cordless phone base ringer is turned on.


You were on a call through the SD7505, but the call dropped.

Make sure that a Bluetooth connection exists between the SD7505 and the mobile
device. The Bluetooth LED should blink every 3 seconds.

Try moving the mobile device as close as possible to the SD7505. While Bluetooth
range can be up to 10m (33 ft) under ideal conditions, obstructions or interference can
reduce effective performance. Minimizing the distance between the mobile device
and SD7505 can reduce exposure to obstructions or interference.

You tried to transfer a call from your mobile device to your cordless phone, but after
you picked up the call there was no audio.

Your mobile device may require you to specifically request that audio be transferred to
a connected accessory. The command for transferring audio will vary by mobile device
(e.g., “Transfer Audio,”“Send Audio,” etc.); select the respective command for your
mobile device model.


You tried to download the phonebook from your mobile device, but the Registration
LED turned red.

Make sure your mobile device is properly seated on the Mobile Device Connector.
