Naming Your SD7505
Once your SD7505 is registered to your C51 cordless phone base, it is assigned a default
name “Celldock-X.” The X is a letter assigned based on how many devices you have
registered to your cordless phone base.
When you pair or connect your mobile device to the SD7505, this will also be the name
that appears in a Bluetooth devices list.
If you wish, you can assign a friendly name to your SD7505 as follows:
1. Press
MENU
from any C51 cordless handset or cordless phone base.
2. Scroll to and select
Setup Devices
.
3. Scroll to and select your SD7505.
4. Scroll to and select
Name cell dock
.
5. Enter a name for your SD7505 using the keypad. Use
BACKSP
, or DELETE to edit
the name. (See the table on the following page for the number key presses
required to enter alphanumeric characters).
6. Press
DONE
after entering the SD7505 name.
