Troubleshooting
The suggestions below should solve most problems you might encounter while using your
SD7505. If you still have difficulty after trying these suggestions, visit us on the web at
www.motorola.com/cordless.
Your SD7505 will not connect to your mobile device.
•
Make sure the Bluetooth feature is turned on in your mobile device.
•
Make sure your mobile device is paired to the SD7505.
•
Make sure your SD7505 is not already connected to another Bluetooth device.
•
Your mobile device may only be able to connect with one Bluetooth device at a time.
If so, make sure that it is not already connected to another Bluetooth device.
•
If you have paired multiple mobile devices to your SD7505, the SD7505 can only
attempt a connection to the device to which it was last connected. Try initiating the
connection from the mobile device. If it is one of the devices in the SD7505 Paired
Device List, the connection will be established.
•
If all else fails, it may be that the Bluetooth pairing was obsoleted or deleted by your
mobile device or your SD7505.
