ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Attach the gauge plate to the unit by

inserting the (2)screws through the holes

in the plate support, affixing the washers

and cap nuts from the back of the unit

(Figure 10).
2. Attach the blade support by lining up

the support with the motor housing and

turning the nut clockwise (from front of the

unit), using a #10 wrench, until the washer

is tight against the housing.
3. Secure the blade support by securing

the bolt through the top of the motor

housing (Figure 11). Tighten the bolt with

a #10 wrench. Place the recessed nuts

in the blade support (Figure 11). Screw

the Phillips head screws into the holes

through the back of the blade support.

Use your finger to secure the nut while

threading the screw.
4. Attach the blade, lining up the screw

holes on the blade with the screw holes in

the motor housing. Secure 3 screws using

a Phillips screwdriver. (Figure 12)
5. Affix the plate to the center of the blade

(aligning the square peg with the square

hold) and secure with the Blade Locking

Screw w/ Knob through the back of the

motor housing. (Figure 13)
6. Mount the sliding food carriage by lining

up the hole on the carriage with the bolt

on the front of the sliding arm. Secure the

locking knob to the bolt on the front of the

unit.
7. Attach the plastic guard to the inside

of the sliding food carriage so that the

screws are inserted through the plastic

from the blade side of the unit. Secure the

pusher in place by screwing the cap nuts

onto each screw.

HANDLE CAREFULLY!

KEEP FINGERS AWAY FROM THE BLADE!

NEVER FEED FOOD BY HAND.

ALWAYS USE THE FOOD PUSHER!

Always use completely assembled Meat Slicer

with Food Carriage and Food Pusher.

Protective/cut-resistant Kevlar gloves are recommended

whenever handling the Blade!

Before cleaning, assembling or disassembling the

appliance, make sure the appliance is OFF and the PLUG IS REMOVED

FROM THE OUTLET/POWER SOURCE!
