Tone Enhancement
(Only for CQ-DF44EUC)
Press [LOUD] to enhance bass ancJ treble tones when listening at
low or medium volume. Press [LOUD] again to deactivate.
Changing Audio Modes
Press [SEL] to switch the audio mode in the following order.
Normal Mode ^ VOLUME ^ BASS TREBLE ^ BALANCE

Bass and Treble
• Press [SEL] to select the BASS (TREBLE) mode. Press
VOL] or [V VOL] to increase* or decrease the bass/treble
response.

change numeric levels on the display rapidly.
Fader
• Press [SEL] to select the FADER mode. Press [/ n VOL] or
[ V VOL] to shift the sound volume to the front or rear speak­
ers.

Note: When an Audio control mode (BAS/TRE/BAUFAD/SUB*) is selected but no operation is
made within 5 seconds (2 seconds at volume mode), the display will return to the normal opera­
tion (Radio, CD, etc) mode. In such a case, press [SEL] again to select the control mode.
