Connecting a Power Source Branchement sur une source d'alimentation
About the Operating Modes A propos des modes de fonctionnement
✤ There are two types of power source that can be connected to your
Camcorder.
- The AC Power adapter and AC Cord: used for indoor recording.
- The Battery Pack: used for outdoor recording.
Using a Household Power Source
Connect to a household power source to use
the Camcorder without having to worry about
the battery power. You can keep the Battery
Pack attached; the battery power will not be
consumed.
1. Turn the [Power] switch to [OFF].
2. Connect the AC Power adapter
(AA-E8 Type) to the AC Cord.
3. Connect the AC Cord to a wall socket.
The plug and wall socket type may differ
according to your resident country.
4. Connect the DC cable to the DC jack of the Camcorder.
5. Set the Camcorder to each mode by holding down the tab on the
[Power] switch and turning it to the [CAMERA] or [PLAYER] mode.
✤ The operating modes are determined by the position of the [Power]
switch and the [Mode] switch.
✤ Set the Operation Mode by adjusting [Power] switch and [Mode]
switch before operating any functions.
✤ M.Cam Mode : Memory Camera Mode / M.Player Mode : Memory

✤ Deux types de source d'alimentation peuvent être raccordés à votre
caméscope.
- l'adaptateur CAassocié au cordon d'alimentation CA: pour
l'enregistrement en intérieur.
- la batterie: pour l'enregistrement en extérieur.
Utilisation d'une source
d'alimentation domestique
Pour utiliser le caméscope, reliez-le à une
prise murale sans vous soucier du niveau de
charge de la batterie. Vous pouvez maintenir la
batterie branchée. L'énergie contenue dans la
batterie ne sera pas consommée.
1. Mettez l’interrupteur [Power] à la position
[OFF].
2. Raccordez l'adaptateur CA (type AA-E8) au
cordon CA.
3. Branchez le cordon d'alimentation CAsur une prise murale.
Le type de la fiche et de la prise peuvent être différents en fonction du
pays dans lequel vous résidez.
4. Branchez le câble CC sur la prise CC (DC) du caméscope.
5. Réglez le caméscope sur chaque mode en réglant l’interrupteur
[Power] sur le mode [CAMERA] ou [PLAYER].
✤ Les modes de fonctionnement sont déterminés par la position de
l'interrupteur [Power] et de l'interrupteur [Mode].
✤ Configurez le mode de fonctionnement en réglant l'interrupteur
[Power] et l'interrupteur [Mode] avant d'utiliser les fonctions.
✤ M.Cam Mode: Mode Memorie Caméra / M.Player Mode : Mode
