Deleting a Section of a Title Scene (Partial Delete) DVD-RW(VR mode)
 Partial Delete function works only in Player Mode.
 page 28
 A Title scene can be partially deleted.
 The editing function only works on a DVD-RW (VR
Mode). You should format the DVD-RW to VR
Mode before recording. page 43
1. Set the [Mode] switch to [DISC].
2. Set the [Power] switch to [ (Player)].
3. Press the [QUICK MENU] button.
4. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select
<Partial Delete>, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
5. Move the [Joystick] to select a title scene you
want to delete partially from the thumbnail index
screen, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
 The selected title scene will be paused, then
<Start> will be highlighted.
6. Search the start point of deletion by pressing the
[/] or [] button.
7. Press the [] button at the start point to pause
the screen, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
 <End> will be highlighted.
8. Press the [/] or [] button to search
the end point of deletion.
9. Press the [] button at the end point to pause
the screen, then press [Joystick(OK)].
 <Execute> will be highlighted.
10. Press the [Joystick(OK)].
 The <Delete selected part ? Please
confirm.> message will appear.
11. Move the [Joystick] left or right to select <Yes>,
then press the [Joystick(OK)].
 The selected part of the title scene will be
deleted.
 Use the [Joystick] to select <Back>, then
press the [Joystick(OK)] to return to the
thumbnail index.
Note
A deleted part of the title scene can not be recovered.

 La fonction Partial Delete ne peut être activée
qu’en Player Mode.  page 28
 Un titre de scène peut être partiellement supprimé.
 La fonction d’édition ne fonctione que pour les
DVD-RW (Mode VR). Veillez à formater le DVD-RW
en mode VR anvant l’enregistrement. page 43
1. Placez l’interrupteur [Mode] sur [DISC].
2. Placez l’interrupteur [Power] sur [ (Player)].
3. Appuyez sur la touche [QUICK MENU].
4. Déplacez le [Joystick] vers le haut ou vers le bas
pour sélectionner <Partial Delete> puis appuyez
sur [Joystick(OK)].
5. Déplacez le [Joystick] pour sélectionner à l’écran
de l’index des vignettes la scène d’un titre que
vous souhaitez supprimer en partie, puis appuyez
sur [Joystick(OK)].
 Le titre sélectionné effectue une pause, puis la
touche <Start> s’allume.
6. Recherchez le point de départ de la suppressions
en appuyant sur la touche [/] ou [].
7. Appuyez sur la touche [] au point de
départ pour pauser l’écran, puis appuyez sur
[Joystick(OK)].
 L’icône <End> s’allume.
8. Appuyez sur la touche [/] ou [] pour
rechercher le point final de suppression.
9. Appuyez sur la touche [] au point final pour
pauser l’écran, puis appuyez sur [Joystick(OK)].
 L’icône [Execute] s’allume.
10. Appuyez sur [Joystick(OK)].
 Le message <Delete selected part ? Please
confirm.> s’affiche.
11. Déplacez le [Joystick] vers le haut ou vers le
bas pour sélectionner <Yes> puis appuyez sur
[Joystick(OK)].
 La partie du titre sélectionnée est supprimée.
 Déplacez le [Joystick] pour sélectionner
<Back>, puis appuyez sur [Joystick(OK)]
pour retourner au répertoire des titres.
Remarque
Une partie d’un titre supprimée ne peut être récupérée.
