Initial Setting : Display Menu Setting
Displaying the Date/Time (Date/Time)
 The Date/Time function works in Camera Mode/Player Mode/
M.Cam Mode/M.Player Mode. page 28
 The date and time are automatically recorded on a special data
area of the disc.
1. Set the [Mode] switch to [DISC] or [CARD].
2. Set the [Power] switch to [ (Camera)] or
[ (Player)].
3. Press the [MENU] button.
 The menu list will appear.
4. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select
<Display>, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
5. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select
<Date/Time>, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
6. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select the
display type of the Date/Time, then press the
[Joystick(OK)].
 Display type of the Date/Time: <Off>,
<Date>, <Time>, <Date&Time>.
7. To exit, press the [MENU] button.
Notes
 The Date/Time will read 12:00 AM JAN.01.2006 in the following
conditions.
- During playback of a blank section of a disc.
- If the disc was recorded before setting the Date/Time in the
DVD Camcorder.
- When the Lithium Battery becomes weak or dead.
 Before you use the Date/Time function, you must set the clock.

 La date et l’heure sont enregistrées automatiquement dans une zone
du disque réservée à ce type de données.
1. Placez l’interrupteur [Mode] sur [DISC] ou
[CARD].
2. Placez l’interrupteur [Power] sur
[ (Camera)] ou [ (Player)].
3. Appuyez sur la touche [MENU].
 La liste des menus apparaît.
4. Déplacez le [Joystick] vers le haut ou vers
le bas pour sélectionner <Display>, puis
appuyez sur [Joystick(OK)].
5. Déplacez le [Joystick] vers le haut ou vers
le bas pour sélectionner <Date/Time> puis
appuyez sur [Joystick(OK)].
6. Déplacez le [Joystick] vers le haut ou vers le
bas pour sélectionner le type d’affichage de
Date/Heure, puis appuyez sur [Joystick(OK)].
 Type d’affichage de la date et de l’heure :
<Off>, <Date>, <Time>, <Date&Time>.
7. Pour quitter, appuyez sur la touche [MENU].
Remarques
 Les informations Date/Heure s’affichent sous la forme
12:00 AM JAN.01.2006 dans les conditions suivantes:
- lorsqu’une partie vierge d’un disque est lue;
- si le disque a été enregistré avant le réglage de la fonction
Date/Time du DVD caméscope;
- lorsque le bloc-piles au lithium est faible ou déchargée.
 Vous devez régler l’horloge avant d’utiliser la fonction Date/Time.
