• When viewing dynamic label, do not operate
until you have parked your car safely.
• If you press
5, you return to the first line.
• If you select the dynamic label mode again
after having canceled it, the information may
switch to the latest available.
Storing and recalling dynamic label
You can store data from up to six dynamic label
transmissions at buttons
1–6 .
1 Display the dynamic label you want to
store in memory.
Refer to Displaying dynamic label on page 51.
2 Press any of 1–6 and hold to store the
selected dynamic label.
The memory number will display and the
selected dynamic label has been stored in mem-
ory.
The next time you press the same
1–6 button in
the dynamic label display the stored text is
recalled from memory.
Introduction of XM operation
You can use this product with a separately sold
Universal XM satellite digital tuner system (GEX-
FM903XM) or XM satellite digital tuner (GEX-
P900XM). For details concerning operation,
refer to the XM tuner’s operation manuals. This
section provides information on XM operations
with this product which differs from that
described in the XM tuner’s operation manual.
1 CHANNEL SELECT MODE indicator
Shows what channel select mode has been
selected.
CH.No is displayed when CH NUM-
BER is selected, and CAT is displayed when
CATEGORY is selected.
2 CHANNEL NUMBER indicator
Shows to which channel number the tuner is
tuned.
3 XM Tuner information
The display is switched each time DISPLAY
is pressed.
4 PRESET NUMBER indicator
Shows what preset has been selected.
5 BAND indicator
Shows the band which has been selected.
