FUEL AND AIR LINE REPLACEMENT AND
PROPER ROUTING
1. Remove upper shell.
2. Remove side cover screws.
3. Remove side cover.
4. Inspect fuel line hoses (A) and air line hoses
(B) for cracks and/or holes. If fuel line hose is
damaged, disconnect from nozzle adapter (C) and
from fuel filter. If air line hose is damaged, discon-
nect from nozzle adapter (C) and from barb fitting
(D) on pump end cover (E).
5. Install new air and/or fuel line. Attach one end
of air line hose (B) to barb fitting (D) on pump end
cover (E) and the other end to nozzle adapter (C).
Attach one end of fuel line hose (A) to fuel filter and
the other end to nozzle adapter.
Note: Route air and
fuel lines as shown in illustrations. Note: Hoses are
not to be touching photocell bracket (H).
6. Replace side cover.
7. Replace upper shell and fan guard.
