PROGRAMMING THE MACHINE
“MAINTENANCE” MENU
MENU > machine > maintenance.
To clean all the machine’s Internal circuit used tor making cottee and milk. Turn the selection disc with your
tingerto:
rinse the milk circuits atter making
the beverages.
clean the brew group.
thoroughly clean the milk circuits. This
must be pertormed atter a tlxed time
has elapsed trom the tirst dispensing.
Pertorm the descaling cycle.
Milk circuit rinse cycle

To rinse the machine’s Internal circuits used tor preparing milk.
This short cycle must be necessarily pertormed atter 20 minutes trom the last dispensing ot a beverage with
milk. It the rinsing cycle Is not pertormed, the machine comes to a halt and does not allow the dispensing ot
beverages.
Note: betöre pertorming this tunctlon make sure that:
1. a large enough container Is positioned under the spout;
2. the milk container has been adequately cleaned ot all milk residue and contains tresh drinking water;
3. the water tank contains a sutticlent quantity ot water.
