b) Réalisation de l’essai de débit
- Baisser le levier de trappe (situé à droite du
doseur) pour ouvrir le volet d'essai de débit.
- Placer le sac d'essai de débit sous le doseur
pour recueillir la semence lors du test. S'assurer
de la position du sac pour ne pas perdre de
graine lors de l'essai.
- Emboîter la manivelle sur l'arbre
d’entraînement placé en haut du bras de roue.
- Amorcer la distribution en tournant la manivelle
dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre
(20 tours minimum).
- Vider le sac.
- Réaliser l'essai de débit en effectuant le nombre
de tour correspondant à la largeur du semoir.
- Retirer le sac et peser son contenu.
- Multiplier la quantité pesée en Kg par 20 pour
obtenir la dose en Kg/ha
- En cas d'écart avec la valeur indicative du
tableau de débit, corriger la position du secteur
gradué de manière proportionnelle.
E XEMPLE :
Semer du blй а 180 Kg/ha
Valeur de réglage selon tableau = 65
1er essai donne par ex : 8 Kg pour 1/20 ha
(8x20=160 Kg/ha)
Cela fait environ 12% de moins par rapport à la
valeur indicative de 9kg pour 1/20
- Augmenter de 12% le réglage soit 73.
- Valider le nouveau réglage en refaisant les tours
de manivelle puis en pesant la quantité
récupérée.

b) Carrying out the calibration test
- Lower the shutter lever (located on the right-
hand side of the metering mechanism) to open
the calibration test flap.
- Place the calibration test sack under the
metering mechanism to collect the seed during
the test. Ensure that the sack is positioned
correctly so that no seed is lost during the test.
- Fit the crank handle to the drive shaft.
- Prime the distributor by turning the crank handle
clockwise (minimum of 20 turns).
- Empty the sack.
- Carry out the calibration test by making the
number of turns corresponding to the width of
the drill.
- Remove the sack and weigh its contents.
- Multiply the quantity weighed in kg by 20 to
obtain the seed rate in kg / ha
- In the event that there is a discrepancy with the
indicative value in the calibration chart, correct
the sector position proportionately
E XAMPLE :
Drilling wheat at 180 kg / ha
Setting value according to the table = 65
1st test gives, for example: 8 kg for 1/20 ha
(8x20=160 kg/ha)
This is around 12% less in comparison with the
indicative value of 9 kg for 1/20 ha
- Increasing the setting by 12% would give 73.
- Validate the new setting by repeating the crank
handle turns then weighing the amount
collected.
