Mise en route / Start-up
Turbine à entraînement hydraulique
Le débit d'huile nécessaire pour une vitesse de
rotation de la turbine d'environ 4000 tr/mn est de
45 l/mn aux auxiliaires à une pression de 120 bars.
L' UTILISATION DE LA TURBINE HYDRAULIQUE
NÉCESSITE SON BRANCHEMENT SUR UN
DISTRIBUTEUR SIMPLE EFFET DU TRACTEUR AVEC
UN RETOUR LIBRE .
Afin d'éviter toutes perturbations de l'hydraulique, il
est conseillé de brancher la turbine sur le
distributeur prioritaire du tracteur.
Dans le cas d’une machine équipée d’une centrale
hydraulique. La vitesse de rotation de la prise de
force aura une influence directe sur le régime de
rotation de la turbine.
A VERTISSEMENT ET RAPPEL :
l'utilisation de l'entraînement hydraulique de la turbine
implique quelques vérifications sur le tracteur, consulter
votre revendeur.

INFÉRIEURE À 10 BARS , POUR GARANTIR UN BON
FONCTIONNEMENT DU MOTEUR HYDRAULIQUE
Le régime maximum de la turbine est de 4500
Tr/mn. Au-delà, il y a risque de détérioration.
• Lors d’utilisation de tracteur avec pompe à débit
variable et régulateurs intégrés (circuit fermé), il
faut utiliser le régulateur du tracteur pour régler la
vitesse de la turbine.
Le régulateur à molette monté sur le circuit de la
turbine doit alors être ouvert au maximum.
• Nettoyer toujours correctement les raccords
hydrauliques.
• Une correction du régime de la turbine est
obligatoire entre le démarrage (huile froide) et le
fonctionnement normal (huile chaude).
• Le contrôle de la vitesse de rotation de la turbine se
fait avec le boîtier électronique du semoir
• Branchement au tracteur
- Flexible d’alimentation et de retour avec Push pull
adapté.

Hydraulically driven fan
The auxiliary oil flow rate required to achieve a fan
rotation speed of approximately 4000 rpm is 45l/min.
I N ORDER TO USE THE HYDRAULIC FAN IT MUST BE
CONNECTED TO A SINGLE ACTING SPOOL VALVE
WITH FREE RETURN .
In order to avoid any problems with the hydraulics,
it is recommended that you connect the fan to the
tractor’s priority spool valve.
If the machine is fitted with a hydraulic power pack:
The PTO speed will have a direct influence on the fan
rotation speed.
W ARNING AND REMINDER :
A number of checks need to be made on the tractor when
using the fan’s hydraulic drive system. Please consult your
dealer.
• Free return is imperative:
T HE RETURN PRESSURE MUST BE LOWER THAN 10 BAR , TO
ENSURE THAT THE HYDRAULIC MOTOR FUNCTIONS
CORRECTLY
.
The maximum speed of the fan is 4500 rpm.
Above that, there is a risk of deterioration.
• When using the tractor with a variable flow pump and
integrated regulators (closed circuit), you should use
the tractor regulator to adjust the fan speed.
The thumbwheel regulator on the fan circuit should
therefore be open to its fullest extent.
• Always clean the hydraulic fittings correctly.
• When starting up the fan, it is essential to adjust the
speed between start up (cold oil) and normal
operation (hot oil).
• The rotation speed of the fan can be controlled
using the seed drill's electronic unit.
• Tractor connection.
- Feed and return hose with suitable push-pull
fitting.
