Réglages et Utilasation:
1. Insérer le ventilateur UB20 dans l’entrée du radiateur et brancher l’UB20 sur la prise électrique
du radiateur.
2. Reliez le régulateur de la bouteille de propane à l'admission de gaz sur le radiateur.
3. Joindre le boîtier à gaine UB20 ou la gaine flexible à l’anneau de sortie du radiateur.
4. Brancher le radiateur sur une prise de 115V. Soyez certain que l’interupteur sur le ventilateur
est dans la position de fonctionnement.
5. Ouvrir la bouteille de propane.
6. Positionner l’interupteur pour le ventilateur sur le radiateur au position “AUTO”.
7. Appuyer sur le bouton “ON” du radiateur pour l’allumer.
8. Après que le radiateur s’est allumé, adjuster la thermostat pour obtiner la temperature désiré.
Le feu rouge du radiateur sera allumé lorsque la flame est present.
9. Si vous désirez le function de ventilation continuelle, positionner l’interupteur pour le
ventilateur, sur le radiateur, au position “ON”.
10. Si le radiateur s’allume pas, ou si le feu rouge s'éteint, appuyer sur le bouton “OFF” sur le
radiateur. Verifier toutes les branchements du gaz et d’électricité. Soyez certain que le
ventelateur UB20 est en marche. Répétez les étapes 5 a 9.
Turn off procedure:
1. SHUT OFF PROPANE AT TANK.
2. Toggle the Heater switch to the “OFF” position.
3. DO NOT UNPLUG POWER until the heater ON/OFF
switch is OFF and heater has completed cool down cycle.
Pour Fermer:
1. Fermer la gaz au niveau de la bouteille.
2. Appuyer sur le bouton “OFF” sur le radiateur.
3. Laisser la système branchè au courrant j’usque a l’ârret de le ventilateur UB20,
environs 2 minutes.
Features and Warnings:
• Heater requires proper airflow to operate.
• If air flow is interrupted, remove blockage, unit
will restart automatically.
• If relight fails, proceed with step 5 above
• The Heater will control the UB20 power.
• The hose assembly shall be protected from
traffic, building materials and contact with hot
surfaces both during use and while in storage.
• The intended use of this heater is for temporary
heating of buildings or structures under
construction, alteration, or repair.
• Use adequate ventilation in area Heater is to be
operated to prevent dangerous levels of CO.
• Maintain a clearance of at least 6 inches on all
sides and keep the top clear.
• Hose connections are Left-hand threaded.
• Ensure all gas hose connections are tight and
free from leaks.
• Keep all combustible materials, gasoline and
other flammable vapors and liquids away from
Heater.
• Inlet gas pressure not to exceed 50mbar. Use
50mbar tank regulator.
• The Heater is not field serviceable. Please contact
the factory for service
• Inspect Heater before each use and annually by a
qualified service person.
• Inspect the hose before each use. If there is
evidence of damage, contact factory for
replacement.
• Use and storage of a propane fueled device and
cylinder must comply with local code or lacking
that, with the Standard for the Storage and
handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases,
ANSI/NFPA 58and the Natural Gas and Propane
Installation Code, CSA B149.1
• Supply propane tank must be kept 10 ft. away from
Heater.
• Do not direct heated air toward any propane-gas
container within 20 ft.
• Use standard 5 gallon propane cylinder.
• Supply cylinder must be kept upright to prevent
liquid propane from reaching Heater.
