OPERATION
IR remote control operation mode
• AV1 : Cycles through Composite 1, S-Video 1, Component 1
• AV2 : Cycles through Composite 2, S-Video 2, Component 2
• : Power ON/OFF
• VGA : Selects VGA input
• HDMI : Selects HDMI input
• RES. : Cycles through the resolution settings 480P, 720P, 1080i,
1080P. * If the picture does not appear on the screen, please
see “ Setting the resolution”.
• OSD : On Screen Display information. Shows Input source and
output resolution information.
• Scal. : Aspect ratio information display.
• MENU : Displays Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, Hue, and
Sharpness menu adjustments.
- Press the MENU button, a menu will appear on the TV
screen for setting adjustments.
- Press the DOWN button to enter the setting.
The selected item will be highlighted.
- Use UP and DOWN buttons to select
different items, and use the LEFT and
RIGHT buttons to adjust the settings. The preset
value is 50; the setting range is 0 to 100.
• MUTE : Press the MUTE button to mute the audio output.
• RESET : System Reset. Press the RESET button and the system will return to its original settings.
• P.M : Picture Mode. Press P.M for picture mode selection. Three picture modes are available to
choose from; Clear, Normal, and Dark.
• N.R : Noise Reduction. Press N.R for noise reduction.
• Aspect : Press “Aspect” key to transfer 4:3 aspect ratio to 16:9 aspect ratio.
-When the Aspect Ratio of the original input signal is 16:9, only the 16:9 aspect ratio
will be shown.
-The VGA input does not support Aspect Ratio adjustment.
Note: The LEFT and RIGHT buttons on the remote control can be used for VOLUME CONTROL
Press the LEFT button to turn DOWN the volume. Press the RIGHT button
to turn UP the volume.
