OPERATION
Manual operation mode
• Press the POWER button on the front panel of the NSW500 to turn the unit ON. The POWER LED
will be ON indicating unit is out of STANDBY mode.
• Press the POWER button on the front panel of the NSW500 to turn the unit OFF. The POWER LED
will be OFF indicating the unit has returned to STANDBY mode.
• Press the key which corresponds to the INPUT SOURCE. Once you have made your selection, the
corresponding key will be lit indicating which device is connected to the NSW500.
1. Press the AV1 key to select the ANALOG VIDEO INPUT between Composite 1, S-video 1, and
Component 1.
2. Press the AV2 key to select the ANALOG VIDEO INPUT between Composite 2, S-video 2, and
Component 2.
3. Press the VGA1 key to select the VGA 1 VIDEO INPUT.
4. Press the VGA2 key to select VGA 2 VIDEO INPUT.
5. Press the HDMI1 key to select HDMI 1 INPUT.
6. Press the HDMI2 key to select HDMI 2 INPUT.
Setting the resolution
• The resolution settings are: 480P, 720P, 1080i, 1080P.
• Use the "RESOLUTION" key on the front panel to set the output resolution. Each time you press
the key, it will cycle to a different resolution.
• If the picture does not appear on the screen, the TV may not support the selected resolution.
Please try a different resolution, for example, if the TV has no picture when 1080i is selected, try
changing the resolution to 720p, 1080p etc. until the resolution of the NSW500 is compatible
with the TV resolution.
