Control Panel Options
1. WARM: The Warm Mode holds and keeps cooked food warm for a
long period of time. When you press the WARM Button the Red
Indicator Light illuminates. Press START/STOP to activate. The Red
Warm Indicator Light will flash, indicating WARM is working. To cancel
or stop, press and hold START/STOP Button until the Red Stop Light
illuminates and the Pressure Cooker beeps.
2. COOK MODE (BROWN or STEAM): For the BROWN Mode, press
COOK MODE Button until the Red Indicator Light next to BROWN is
lit. Press the START/STOP Button until the Green Start Indicator Light
illuminates and the Red Brown Indicator Light flashes. The Clock will
Display: "--" indicating that the Pressure Cooker is in the BROWN
Mode and the appliance will begin to heat immediately and will remain
hot until START/STOP Button is pressed again to end the BROWN
Mode.
For the STEAM Mode and to bring water to a boil, press COOK
MODE Button until Green Indicator Light next to STEAM is lit. Press
COOK TIME Button to enter the cooking time desired. The Cook Time
Red Indicator Light will be lit. Then press the START/STOP Button, the
Green Start Light illuminates and the Green Steam Indicator Light will
flash. The unit will begin to count down in minutes, and will beep 3
times and the STOP Light will illuminate when finished.
3. PRESSURE MODE (HIGH or LOW): For cooking food under LOW
PRESSURE, press PRESSURE MODE Button until Green Indicator
Light is lit; for HIGH PRESSURE, press until Red Indicator Light is lit.
Press the COOK TIME Button to select the desired cooking time. The
Cook Time Red Indicator Light will be lit. Then press the START/STOP
Button to activate, the Green Start Light will illuminate and the Green
or Red Pressure Indicator Light will flash.

1. RÉCHAUFFER (WARM): Ce mode permet de gar der les aliments au
chaud pendant une longue période. Lorsque vous appuyez sur cette
touche, le témoin lumineux rouge s’allume. Appuyez sur START/STOP
pour activer ce mode et le témoin lumineux rouge clignotera pour indiquer
que le mode WARMest en cours de fonctionnement. Pour annuler ou
pour sortir de ce mode, maintenez la touche START/STOP jusqu’à ce que
le témoin lumineux s’éteigne et que l’autocuiseur émette un signal sonore.
2. MODE DE CUISSON (COOK MODE)- BRAISER (BROWN) ou V APEUR
(STEAM): Pour BRAISER ou saisir , appuyez sur la touche COOK MODE
jusqu’à ce que le témoin rouge en r egard de l’indication BROWN s’illumine.
Appuyez sur START/STOPjusqu’à ce que le témoin vert s’allume et que
le témoin rouge du mode BROWN clignote. L ’affichage indiquera « — »,
ce qui signifie que l’autocuiseur est en mode BRAISER. L ’appar eil
commencera à chauffer et maintiendra la températur e jusqu’à ce que l’on
appuie à nouveau sur START/STOPpour mettr e fin à ce mode.
Pour cuire à la V APEUR et pour amener de l’eau à ébullition, appuyez sur
la touche COOK MODEjusqu’à ce que le témoin vert en r egard de
l’indication STEAMs’illumine. Appuyez sur la touche COOK TIME pour
programmer le temps de cuisson désiré. Le témoin r ouge du réglage de
temps de cuisson s’allumera. Appuyez alors sur START/STOP. Le
témoin vert de mise en marche s’allumera et le témoin vert en r egard de
l’indication STEAMclignotera. L ’appareil commence alors le compte à
rebours en minutes puis il émet 3 bips et le témoin STOP s’allume à la fin
du programme.
3. MODE DE PRESSION (PRESSURE MODE)- HAUTE (HIGH) ou BASSE
(LOW): Pour cuir e des aliments sous BASSE PRESSION, appuyez sur la
touche PRESSURE MODEjusqu’à ce que le témoin vert s’illumine. Pour
cuire sous HAUTE PRESSION, appuyez sur la touche jusqu’à ce que le
témoin rouge s’illumine. Appuyez sur la touche COOK TIME pour
programmer le temps de cuisson désiré. Le témoin r ouge du réglage de
temps de cuisson s’allumera. Puis appuyez sur START/STOP pour
commencer la cuisson. Le témoin vert de mise en marche s’allumera et le
témoin du mode de pression choisi (vert ou r ouge) clignotera.
