Raccordement dans un bloc
de contact Connection on contact block

Percer et tarauder le bloc de contact
selon le plan de perçage. Monter la
rondelle 2 et l‘écrou 1 sur l‘embout
fi leté. Visser la douille de sécurité dans
le bloc de contact et serrer avec la clé
dynamométrique 10mm en X. Couple
de serrage 3Nm. Serrer l‘écrou 1.

Drill and cut thread into the contact
block according to drilling plan. Install
washer 2 and nut 1 onto threaded
bolt. Screw-in the safety socket and
tighten with open-end spanner 10mm
A/F (placed on position X), Tighten-
ing torque 3Nm. Secure with nut 1.
Tightening torque 3Nm.
Montage dans un panneau Panel assembly

Introduire le corps de douille de sécu-
rité dans le panneau. Engager la ron-
delle 2 sur l‘embout et serrer l‘écrou 1.
Couple de serrage 2,5 Nm. Contrer en
X avec la clй а fourche. (ill. 6)
Drill front panel according to drilling
plan. Insert threaded bolt of safety
socket into front panel. Slip washer 2
onto the threaded bolt and screw-on
the nut 1. Tightening torque 2,5Nm.
Secure with the open-end spanner
10mm A/F on pos. X.

Engager la cosse D sertie sur câble
sur l‘embout fi leté. Remonter les
rondelles 2, la rondelle éventail 3 et
l‘écrou 4. Serrer l‘écrou 4 avec la clé
dynamométrique 10mm et contrer
avec l‘écrou 1 et la clй а fourche
10mm. Couple de serrage 3Nm. (ill. 7)
Slip cable lug D with preassembled
cable onto the thread. Install washers 2
lock washer 3 and nut 4. Tighten nut 4
with the torque spanner 10mm A/F
and secure it with nut 1 and the open-
end spanner 10mm A/F. Tightening
torque 3Nm.
