Is the control panel Lock Out feature on?
Is the door tightly closed and securely latched?
Dishwasher drains

Did you accidentally press the Cancel/Drain pad twice? Press
Cancel/Drain pad again to stop draining.
Dishwasher will
not close Is the bottom rack in backwards? The rack bumpers must face the
dishwasher door.
