*The numbers indicate the maximum
speed and do not change when the search
speed is changed.
•There are 5 speeds of fast fonward,
rewind, and slow motion. The speed in­
creases if you hold the cursor jockey
[◄, ►] in positioner repeat the operation.
•You can advance frame by frame if you
press [ A ] while the picture is paused.
(DVD and Video CD)
•Slow motion play and frame advance only
work with DVD-Audio if a motion picture is
playing.
DVD-A|DVD-VI VCD
While stopped or playing
Press [MONITOR] on the main unit
to change the setting mode.
The setting mode changes each time you
press the button.

—The setting mode is cleared.
Select the indicator for the setting you want
to change then follow the procedures on
page 23.
Turn the indicator off after you complete the
setting.
• Picture size returns to “1 (Normal)" if you
turn the unit off or press [IN/OUT] while
the unit is on (^ page 31).
• Brightness and color intensity settings are
saved even if the unit is turned off unless
the settings were made while the
“fTOO" mode is on (•* page 31).
These changes are effective only for this
unit's LCD.
Make changes to the television’s settings if
you have connected one.
