Combustion and dilution air is brought into the appliance through the fresh air intake collars located on
the bottom front sides of the appliance.

The combustion air is brought into the fi rebox through many small holes in the airwash located at the
top and sides of the opening.

The dilution air is introduced high in the fi rebox above the baffl e to cool the chimney.

4.

A single air control regulates the burn rate.

5. Inside

the

fi rebox combustion takes place and exhausts out the chimney.

The optional blower can be installed to draw fresh outside air into the home (not recommended in
colder climates), then either the NZ150-KT kit or the NZ64 blower can be installed inside and will circu-
late the air into your home.
