1 Convection Bake
Activate convection baking for large amounts of food on multiple
racks.
2 Convection Roast Activate convection roasting for large cuts of meat.
3 Bake Bake food evenly using the lower oven burner.
4 Broil Broil food using the upper oven burner only.

Bring up the Healthy Cook recipes that are specially designed for
different food types.
6 Conv. Convert Switch between baking mode and convection baking mode.

200 °F (66 °C and 93 °C).
8 Self-Clean Burn off food residues at very high temperatures.
