TROUBLESHOOTING
If you experience difficulties in the use of the unit, please check the following:
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The unit is not
responding.
(No power).
AC adaptor is not plugged
into the wall outlet or the
other end of the adaptor is
not plugged into the DC IN
jack on the back of the unit.
Plug the AC adaptor into the wall
outlet and plug the other end of
the AC adaptor into the DC IN
jack on the back of the unit.
Wall outlet is not
functioning.
Plug another device into the
same outlet to see whether the
wall outlet is working or not.
The external
audio device
does not
respond to the
unit.
The unit is set to the wrong
mode.
Set the unit to AUX IN/Bluetooth
mode.
The external audio device
is locked up.
Make sure the external audio
device is working properly.
Weak FM
reception.
The FM antenna is not fully
extended.
Fully extend and relocate
antenna for best reception.
Sound is
distorted.
Volume/Bass level set too
high.
Decrease the volume level and
adjust the Bass level.
Sound source is distorted The original sound source is
of poor quality. Distortion and
noise are easily noticed with high
power speakers. Try a different
audio source.
No sound from
the Bluetooth
device.
The unit is set to the wrong
mode.
Set the unit to Bluetooth mode
AUX IN cable is connected. Disconnect the AUX IN cable
