GRINDING HERBS & GARLIC

1. Follow the “ASSEMBLY-HERB & GARLIC GRATER

ASSEMBLY” instructions installing the HERB-T and

HERB-B Blades for herbs or installing the GARLIC-T and

GARLIC-B Blades for garlic.

2. Unlock the Top Locking Ring by turning it counter-

clockwise. Remove the Handle Assembly.

3. Fill the Container with the herbs or garlic so that when

the Spring Loaded Pusher is inserted in the container and

compressed, that the contents of the container DO NOT

EXCEED THE FILL LINE.

4. Line up the slot of the Spring Loaded Pusher with

the dividers of the Container. Insert the Spring Loaded

Pusher into the Container.

5. Attach the Handle by lining up the notches inside the

Clear Container with the grooves in the bottom of the

Spring Loaded Pusher.

6. Push the Handle down so that the Spring Loaded

Pusher fis fully seated inside the

Container. Twist the Handle clockwise until the Container

clicks locked. The food to be ground SHOULD NOT

EXCEED THE FILL LINE! (Figure 21)

7. To grate herbs, twist the Handle clockwise. To mince the

garlic, twist the Handle clockwise and counter-clockwise.

SHREDDING/SLICING CHEESE

1. Follow the “ASSEMBLY-CHEESE SHREDDER/SLICER

ASSEMBLY” instructions.

2. Unlock the Top Locking Ring by turning it counter-clockwise.

Remove the Handle Assembly.

3. Fill the Container with the cheese so that when the Spring

Loaded Pusher is inserted in the container and compressed, that

the contents of the container DO NOT EXCEED THE FILL LINE.

4. Line up the slot of the Spring Loaded Pusher with the dividers

of the Container. Insert the Spring Loaded Pusher into the

Container.

5. Attach the Handle by lining up the notches inside the Clear Container with the grooves in the

bottom of the Spring Loaded Pusher.

6. Push the Handle down so that the Spring Loaded Pusher fis fully seated inside the Container.

Twist the Handle clockwise until the Container clicks locked. The food to be ground SHOULD

NOT EXCEED THE FILL LINE! (Figure 21)

7. To shred cheese, turn the handle clockwise. To slice cheese, turn the handle counter-

clockwise.

1. Placez la base (rouge) sur une surface stable.
2. Introduisez la lame pour le fromage étiquetée

CHEESE avec le texte dirigé vers le haut dans la

base (Figure 16).
3. Alignez les rainures sur la partie inférieure du

conteneur (transparent) aux crans dans la base

que vous venez d’installer. Tournez la bague de

blocage jusqu’à ce que les rainures et les crans

s’enclenchent (Figure 17).
4. Alignez l’extrémité carrée du poussoir à ressort

à l’ouverture carré de la poignée, enfoncez-la

jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit bien logée (Figure 18).
5. Alignez la fente du poussoir à ressort aux

intercalaires dans le conteneur. Insérez le poussoir

à ressort dans le conteneur (Figure 19).
6. Enfoncez la poignée de manière à ce que le

poussoir à ressort soit bien logé dans le conteneur.

Tournez la poignée dans le sens horaire jusqu’à ce

que le conteneur s’enclenche et soit bloqué (Figure

20).
7. La râpe/coupe-fromage est prête à l’emploi.
