Other Uses For The Whisk Attachment Are:
To cream butter and sugar or mix eggs into batter.
To beat whole eggs, frosting, and light mixtures.
Great for smooth batters.
To whip fluffy mixtures, whipped cream and egg whites.
Note: Whisk attachment should not be used with heavy batters
or dough.
Using Of The Soup Blender Attachment
Turn the speed control to “low speed” or “high speed”
depending to your need.
Immerse the soup blender attachment into the center of the
bowl slowly before starting the unit.
Continuously move the soup blender through the soup
for uniform mixing. Remember to switch off The Prep
Machine before removing the attachment from the mixture.
