b) Disques avant (réglage hydraulique - option)
- Manœuvrer le distributeur pour descendre la
machine au sol et maintenir la pression pour
décoller les roues porteuses du sol.
- Ajuster la hauteur du relevage en avançant afin
de mettre le châssis parallèle au sol.
- Basculer le bouton central de la boîte à boutons
en position 1
(les autres boutons doivent être en position 0 )
- Actionner le distributeur tracteur afin de sortir la
tige des vérins de réglage outils avant.
- Ajouter des cales pour diminuer la profondeur de
travail.
- Retirer des cales pour augmenter la profondeur
de travail.
- Rentrer les vérins au maximum sur les cales en
actionnant le distributeur tracteur.
- Replacer le bouton central de la boîte à boutons
en position 0 .
R EMARQUES IMPORTANTES :
Nous vous conseillons de toujours limiter la
profondeur de travail des disques avant pour
diminuer la puissance de traction source de patinage,
traces de roue et surconsommation de fuel.
Le bon réglage est obtenu quand le sol est nivelé
avant le passage des éléments semeurs.
Dans le cas d'un travail en sol ferme, il est important
de faire travailler les disques sur au moins la
profondeur de semis, cela pour garantir la pénétration
des éléments semeurs.

b) Front discs (hydraulic adjustment – optional)
- Activate the spool valve to lower the machine to the
ground and maintain the pressure to lift the load
carrying wheels off the ground.
- Adjust the height of the lifting mechanism whilst
moving forward in order to position the chassis
parallel to the ground.
- Switch the central button on the switch panel to
position 1 (the other buttons should be in position 0 )
- Activate the spool valve on the tractor to extend the
adjusting cylinder rods on the front toolbars.
- Add spacers to reduce the working depth.
- Remove spacers to increase the working depth.
- Retract the cylinders as far as they will go on the
spacers by activating the spool valve on the tractor.
- Return the central button on the switch panel to
position 0 .
I MPORTANT REMARKS :
You are advised to limit the working depth of the front
discs to reduce the required tractive power, to avoid
wheel spin, wheel marks and over-consumption of
fuel.
The setting is correct when the ground is evened out
before the drilling elements pass over it.
If working on hard ground, it is important to make
sure that the working depth of the discs is at least the
same as the drilling depth in order to guarantee that
the drilling elements penetrate the ground sufficiently.
