6CARFX features
There are three adjustable shelves for flexibility of content
storage. The shelves can move up or down to accommo-
date various content sizes.
4 CAFX features
There is one wire shelf.
Lock and Key (optional)
The optional lock and key allow you to lock and store con-
tents.
Content Temperature versus Air Temperature
Air temperature moves up and down with door openings
and compressor run and off cycles. Air has little thermal
mass and therefore changes temperature relatively quickly
between on/off cycles. Stored contents have much higher
thermal mass so their temperatures change much slower.
Always measure temperature with a mass weighted sensor
to determine if the contents being stored are at the proper
temperature.
Probe Port (optional)
The optional probe port is a hole from the inside to the
outside of the unit, which is located on the back of the
unit. (See Figure 8). Remove the black bushing and foam
plug(s) from the hole in the back of the unit, insert your
probe or wires through the bushing and hole in the back
of the unit. Seal hole with foam plug(s) and replace black
bushing.
