IMPORTANT: Always start with the lowest speed necessary to

accomplish the task and minimize splashing. For heavier mixtures,

16

you may require a higher speed to start with. Adjust acccordingly.

UTILIZING THE HEEL REST

Your mixer has been designed with a heel rest to make mixing easier.

Lift the mixer up from your mixing bowl. Stand the mixer on its heel with the beaters positioned over

the mixing bowl. This will allow the batter to drip directly into the bowl. You may now add other

ingredients as necessary. Resume mixing whenever you are ready.
