tion des matér iaux ou d’exécution. Le pr oduit défectueux ser a rem placé ou répar é sans frais de l’une de deux
façons suiv antes;
La premièr e, qui r ésulter a uniquement par un éc hange, est de r etour ner l’appareil au dét aillant de qui v ous
avez ac heté le pr oduit (en s’assur ant que le magasin est un dét aillant participant). Les r etour s doivent êtr e
effectués dans la pér iode allouée par la politique de r etour du magasin (habituellement dans les 30 jour s
suivant l’ac hat). Une pr euve d’ac hat peut être r equise. V euillez vér ifier auprès du dét aillant pour connaître leur
politique de r etour spécifiq ue.
La seconde est d’envo yer (fr ais de port pr épayé) ou d’em porter l’appar eil au centre de ser vice DryGuy™ aut o-
risé pour le f aire r éparer ou r emplacer selon no tre décision. U ne preuv e d’achat, le nom du magasin e t la date
de l’achat peuv ent être e xigés.
Cett e garantie ne couvr e pas les accessoires. Elle v ous octroie les dr oits de recour s légaux en vigueur et ces
droits peuv ent var ier d’une province à l’autr e. Pour t oute q uestion, contact ez le centre de ser vice. Cet appar eil

Full One- Year Use W arranty:
DryGuy™ (U .S.) war rants t his product f or One Year against an y defects in mat erial or w orkmanship.
The defectiv e product will be r eplaced or repair ed at no char ge in eit her of two w ays.
The first, whic h will result in e xchang es, only, is t o retur n the pr oduct to t he ret ailer from whom it
was pur chased (pr ovided t he stor e is a participating r etailer). R etur ns should be made within t he
time period of t he ret ailer’s policy f or exc hanges (usuall y 30 days af ter t he sale). Proof of pur chase
may be r equir ed. Please chec k with t he ret ailer for t heir specific retur n policy regar ding retur ns.
The second option is t o tak e or send the pr oduct (prepaid) t o a DryGuy™ aut horized Ser vice Center
for r epair or replacement at our op tion. Proof of pur chase, st ore name, and dat e of purchase ma y
be req uired.
This war ranty does no t apply t o accessories. This w arranty giv es you specific legal r ights and you
may ha ve o ther r ights which v ery fr om stat e to st ate. Should y ou have an y questions, cont act the
service cent er. This pr oduct is not int ended for commer cial use.
The follo wing will not be Covered U nder Warranty :
- Any modification t o DryGuy™ W ide-Body™.
- Product has be misused or im proper ly car ed for .
- Products o ver 1 y ear from dat e of original pur chase.
- War ranty r equest wit hout original r eceipt.
- Repair s done by an yone o ther t han DryGuy™ or Dr yGuy™ author ized repair f acility.
In considerations of t he above pr omises by Dr yGuy™, the buy er agrees t o and accepts t he follo wing
conditions:
1.) That t his war ranty is in lieu of all o ther w arranties, e xpressed or im plied
2.) That all war ranties OF MER CHANT ABILITY OR OF FITNESS F OR A PAR TICULAR PURPOSE ARE
HEREBY EX CLUDED OR W AIVED.
3.) That the buy er’s sole r emedy shall be to obt ain replacement of t he product fr ee of char ge fr om
DryGuy™ pr ovided an y and all war ranty def ects falls wit hin the w arranty per iod and meets all
war ranty pr ovisions.
4.) That this r emedy is in lieu of all other r emedies or claims for damag es, consequential or o ther
wise, which t he buyer ma y have against Dr yGuy™.
