✤ The AUDIO DUBBING function only works in PLAYER Mode.
✤ You can add sound to the original sound on a pre-recorded tape
recorded in SP mode with 12bit sound.
✤ Use the internal and external microphones or other audio equipment.
✤ The original sound will not be erased.
Dubbing sound
1. Set the camcorder to PLAYER mode.
■ If you want to use an external microphone,
connect the microphone to the external MIC
input jack on the camcorder.
■ When you wish to dub using the External A/V
input, connect the AUDIO/VIDEO cable to
the camcorder by inserting the AUDIO/VIDEO
cable into the AV Jack at the front side of the
camcorder.

Press the MENU button, turn the MENU
DIAL to highlight A/V and press
the ENTER button.
- Turn the MENU DIAL to highlight AV
IN/OUT and press the ENTER
button to select AV IN.
2. Press the (PLAY/STILL) button and find
the time frame of the scene to be dubbed.
3. Press the (PLAY/STILL) button to
pause the scene.
4. Press the A.DUB button on the Remote
Control.
■ A.DUB will be displayed on the LCD.
■ The camcorder is in a ready-to-dub state.
5. Press the (PLAY/STILL) button to start
dubbing.
■ Press the (STOP) button to stop the dubbing.
Notes
■ You can not use the audio dubbing function while playing a write
protected video tape.
■ When you wish to dub using the External A/V input, you must connect
the AUDIO/VIDEO cable to the audio system from which you wish to
record.
■ You can not dub sound on a pre-recorded tape in LP mode or 16 bit mode.

✤ Cette fonction est disponible uniquement en mode magnétoscope.
✤ Vous pouvez enregistrer un fond sonore (12 bits) pour l’ajouter au son
d’origine sur une bande enregistrée en mode SP.
✤ Pour ce faire, vous pouvez utiliser le micro interne ou bien connecter un
micro externe ou un équipement audio.
✤ Le son d’origine ne sera pas effacé.
Réalisation du doublage sonore
1. Réglez le caméscope sur PLAYER (mode magnétoscope).
■ Si vous souhaitez utiliser un micro externe,
branchez-le sur la prise du caméscope prévue
à cet effet.
■ Pour effectuer un doublage en utilisant l’entrée
A/V externe, connectez le câble Audio/Vidéo au
caméscope en branchant la prise du microphone
sur la sortie A/V située sur le côté gauche du
caméscope.

Appuyez sur la touche MENU. À l’aide de la
molette MENU, sélectionnez A/V et appuyez
sur la touche ENTER.
- Toujours avec la molette MENU, sélectionnez
AV IN/OUT et appuyez sur la touche ENTER
pour sélectionner AV IN.
2. Appuyez sur la touche (PLAY/STILL) et
localisez la première position de la scène à doubler.
3. Appuyez de nouveau sur la touche
(PLAY/ STILL) pour interrompre
l’enregistrement de la scène.
4. Appuyez sur la touche A.DUB de la
télécommande.
■ L’indication A.DUB s’affiche sur l’écran LCD.
■ Le caméscope est prêt pour le doublage.
5. Appuyez sur la touche (PLAY/STILL) et commencez l’enregistrement
du son.
■ Appuyez sur la touche (STOP) pour arrêter le doublage.
Important
■ Il n’est pas possible d’effectuer un doublage sonore durant la lecture d’une
bande protégée en écriture.
■ Pour effectuer un doublage en utilisant l’entrée Audio/Vidéo externe, vous
devez connecter le câble Audio/Vidéo à l’appareil à partir duquel vous
souhaitez enregistrer.
■ Il n’est pas possible d'appliquer un doublage sonore à une bande
enregistrée en mode LP ou 16 bits.
