Resolving a hardware conflict

played in this region.
The selected region cannot
be used due to one of the
following:
The Region Code of
WinDVD and the DVD disc
do not match. Check the
Region Code of WinDVD
within the About tab and
use a disc from the appro-
priate region.
The Windows
®
operating
system is assigned to a
region that does not match
the Region Code of
WinDVD.
Use DVD content from the
appropriate region. If appli-
cable on your system, refer
to the Help file for how to
change the Region Code.
Permission to play is
denied. Please check the
Parental Control setting.
The Parental Control set-
ting of WinDVD is lower
than the Parental Control
level of the content being
played. Playback of the
DVD disc is not authorized.
Change the Parental Con-
trol level in the DVD
Options dialog. Note that
WinDVD requires a pass-
word for this change.
WinDVD encountered an
error. Report the problem and any
error code to your supplier's
Technical Support.
