If you experience any anomalous functioning of the steam ironing
centre please check the following table before contacting the
costumer service. A variety of possible problems and relevant solutions
can be found here with explanations.
The steam ironing
centre does not show
any function.
The iron does not show
any function.
The iron soleplate
does not heat up.
You get no or little
steam.
The steam ironing centre
is not connected to the
wall-socket.
The Auto-Shut-Off
function is activated.
The iron plug is not
connected to the iron
socket .
The electric power
supply is disconnected.
The steam ironing centre
is switched off.
The temperature

There is not enough wa-
ter in the boiler.
