Paradigm ® Dealer must be retained for proof-of-purchase date).

Paradigm Electronics Inc. (in U.S. or Canada) or Import Distributor (outside the U.S. and Canada)

assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured. This warranty is in lieu
of all other warranties expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose

their agents or representatives be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some
jurisdictions do not allow limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may
