Plugging In

Rear Speaker Jack Plate

There are two types of inputs/outputs on the Eden E series cabinets, a simple ¼" jack socket or 2 Speakon

jack sockets and a ¼" jack socket with Crossover control. To plug your unit in with a ¼" connector, connect the

speaker cable to the appropriate speaker out on your amplifier and then to the cabinet's ¼" jack (4), ensuring a

secure connection before turning on. On units with just a single jack socket, plug directly into this. To plug your

unit in using a Speakon equipped cable, plug into the appropriate speaker output on your amplifier and then to the

cabinet (1), ensuring a secure connection before turning on. You can then use the second Speakon connection or

¼" jack socket (2) on the cabinet to link to another cabinet if required.

Using the Crossover Control (where applicable)
The crossover control (3) allows you to adjust the level of the tweeter horn in the cabinet, allowing you to dial in

the amount of crispness or snap. This added flexibility is especially useful when you need to add extra treble to

your sound in unusual acoustic environments. For best results start with your control at the 12 O'clock position

and adjust your amplifier's settings before adjusting the control on the cabinet. Avoid running any cabinet with

a crossover control at 0 (fully counter-clockwise) for long periods of time, as this can decrease the life of the

controller.
