5. Refer to the illustration. Install the flare fitting included in this kit on the smaller Power Supply connection fitting. Tighten
securely. Capture the pilot lead ring terminal (from the ATC Adapter Kit or Torch Leads) between the flare fitting and the
hex nut supplied in this kit. Tighten securely. Connect the small adapter fitting to the flare fitting. Tighten securely. Do
not use sealant.
6. Connect the connectors on the Control Wire Connectors to mating torch control wire connectors on the Torch Leads or
ATC Adapter Kit.

Refer to the illustration on the previous page for Control Wire Connections for Hand Torch or for ATC Adapter.
Refer to the illustration on this page for Control Wire Connections for SL100 Machine Torch with O2B Connec-
tions (including Remote Pendant Adapter).
7. Slide the Connection Cover along the ATC Adapter Leads or Torch Leads to position it against the Power
Supply front panel. Note that the flange on the bottom edge of the Connection Cover must fit inside the bottom
of the torch connection opening on the power supply. Ensure that all wires are inside the Connection Cover.
Attach the Connection Cover to the Power Supply with hardware provided in this kit.
